Produced from hand-picked grapes at the early hours of dawn, immediately sent to the winery, and carefully selected on a conveyor.

The outcome of soft pressing with brief pellicular maceration to extract the most primary aromas.

Statically clarified must at 10ºC on stainless-steel vats, where fermentation took place between 13ºC and 14ºC.

It presents a citrus colour in a clear and bright look.

On the nose, ripe tropical fruits like passion-fruit and papaya, with a light mineral suggestion, stand out.

It appears round, elegant, with balanced acidity, good structure and volume on the palate, finishing long, fresh and softly.

The ideal wine to pair with succulent fish, shellfish and white meats.

Recommended serving temperature 8ºC to 10ºC.
