Because we’re already on the 2nd generation and we all deserve to celebrate our accomplishments, let’s toast to the 20 harvests with this blend produced from meticulously handpicked and hand-selected grapes.

Fermentation took place in small stainless-steel vats, with controlled temperature to preserve all the aromatic elegance.

After fermentation aged in oak barrels, 80% French and 20% American, 12 months and the same period in the bottle.

Of clear garnet colour, it presents an intense aromatic profile in the nose, suggesting ripe fruits, with soft wooden notes and spicy hints.

It’s well-bodied and balanced on the palate, with robust tannins and well-combined acidity, finishing long and elegantly.

We invite you to toast with this red wine, pairing it with the typical Alentejo roasted lamb, kid or well-seasoned grilled fatty meats.

Recommended serving temperature: 16º to 18º.

Alcohol Content: 14,3% (v/v)
Total Acidity: 5,4 g/L
Tartaric Acid pH: 3,58
Total Sugars: 1,5 g/L
