The soundest and with the best state of maturity grapes from the older vines are the ones used for this great wine.

These grapes were handpicked and hand-selected with total scrutiny.

Fermentation took place in small stainless-steel vats, with controlled temperature to preserve all the aromatic elegance.

Aged for 12 months in American and French oak barrels after fermentation.

A seductive aromatic profile joins an intense garnet colour, with delicious ripe fruit and homemade jams notes, subtly married with a delightful aroma of vanilla and spices.

On the mouth, it’s potent and intense.

Of robust tannins and well-combined acidity, it finishes long and elegantly.

The body exuberances allow it to accompany meat and fish dishes of lengthy confection.

This Alentejo Red is the ideal pairing for roasted kid or lamb.
