To assure optimal quality the grapes are handpicked during August and September at the earliest hours of the day.

Immediately taken to the winery, where careful selection obtained by soft pressing with brief pellicular maceration extracts the most primary aromas.

Statically clarified must at 10ºC on stainless-steel vats, where fermentation took place between 11ºC and 12ºC.

Of crystalline look, it presents a yellow citrus colour.

Intricate and intense aroma with notes of citrus and tropical fruits, reminding lime, peach and passion-fruit.

Balanced and intense palate, exuberant body, firm and refreshing acidity.

Persisting finish with notes of exotic fruit.

An outstanding aperitif that pairs with well-seasoned shellfish and grilled white meats and Mediterranean-diet vegetables.

Recommended serving temperature 8-10ºC.

Alcohol Content: 13,4% (v/v)
