Produced from hand-picked grapes at the early hours of dawn, immediately sent to the winery.

Preservation of all the primary aromas achieved through the soft pressing of the grapes.

Fermentation took place in small stainless-steel vats, with a controlled temperature between 14ºC and 17ºC.

Good aromatic intensity on the nose, filled with fresh fruit, with hints of lime.

It enters well on the mouth, with a soft and fresh flavour stemming from its well-integrated acidity, harmoniously paired with notes of ripe fruit that culminate on a long finish

Pairs very well with all the types of grilled fish and seafood.

Should be served at a temperature of 8ºC to 10ºC.
