Produced from hand-picked grapes at the early hours of dawn, immediately sent to the winery.

To preserve all the varietal aromas, the grapes were sent to the winery for soft-pressing.

Must clarification took place in stainless-steel vats at 10ºC and fermentation was with a controlled temperature between 12ºC and 14ºC, also in stainless-steel vats.

Of clear look, it presents a bright yellow citrus colour.

It’s intense on the nose, with aromas of tropical fruit and some minerality.

On the palate, it’s well bodied, very fruity and with an elegant freshness that accompanies a long and persistent finish.
